Adem\u00e1s de fomentar los v\u00ednculos con la comunidad escolar y esclarecer las metas acad\u00e9micas y, de la mano con ello, mejorar los resultados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">m\u00e9todo RULER<\/span> fue creado por el <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Centro de Inteligencia Emocional de la Universidad de Yale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">RULER se basa en<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> 4 herramientas<\/span> para autorregular las emociones.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">El acuerdo<\/span> construye y mantiene un clima positivo a trav\u00e9s de un acuerdo compartido entre las personas sobre c\u00f3mo quieren sentirse en el trabajo o en clase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El Medidor Emocional<\/strong> apoya el desarrollo de todas las habilidades de la inteligencia emocional.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El Meta-Momento<\/strong> capacita a las personas para que respondan a emociones intensas de manera.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El Plano<\/strong> proporciona una estructura para resolver problemas o conflictos interpersonales con empat\u00eda y toma de perspectiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sin duda alguna, las emociones hacen parte del d\u00eda a d\u00eda y se encuentran presentes en todos los contextos, incluyendo el educativo.
