In North Carolina, he served as teacher, assistant principal, and principal, leading school teams, strengthening institutional practices, and promoting demanding and collaborative learning environments.
His administrative experience has been characterized by strategic pedagogical decision-making, the implementation of continuous improvement processes, and close support for students and teachers.
